Shipping Policy
Please note - once your package leaves my shop and is in the hands of a shipping carrier it's no longer my responsibility. Therefore, Pearls by AK is not responsible for lost or damaged items/packages. Extra insurance can be purchased for packages upon request. Please contact USPS or UPS if you have a package that appears to be lost. If they are no help, please reach out to me.
**If you have a piece in your order that notes it has a longer turnaround, your entire order will follow the length of that piece**
ALL ORDERS ARE MADE TO ORDER SO PLEASE ALLOW 5 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER. AS OF 11/05, TURNAROUND IS CLOSER TO 10 DAYS AS WE ARE ENTERING THE HOLIDAYS! THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING!
Refund/Return Policy
Items have to be unworn and returned in same box/package that they were mailed in. Returns are eligible for store credits or exchanges only! Shipping for returns are the customers responsibility, as well as making sure the item returns to Pearls by AK. For store credits, you will be charged a 5% restocking fee. This will be deducted from the credit.
If you are exchanging a piece; you can either be sent a return label (you will be charged for it when your new piece goes out) OR you can ship it back to me with your own label. For exchanges, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. This will be paid along with shipping before the new piece is sent out.
Store credit/exchange will not take place until the items are back in our hands and we can inspect them. We must be notified of items being returned within 7 days of the day that they were delivered, or credits/exchanges are not able to occur.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING POLICY
- If you are wanting to order a gift, PLEASE order before December 7th to ensure delivery before Christmas! My normal turnaround is 5-9 business days BUT it will be extended up
to 12 days due to all the holidays. Any orders after December 7th CANNOT be guaranteed to be delivered on time! - Please be understanding during this time of year, I also work a full-time job and am in college as well!! I will try my best to prepare for this year's holiday season!
- Orders placed AFTER December 7th will NOT be refunded, especially if you wanted a Christmas gift and realize I will not be able to ship your package on time. It is not my responsibility to get your last-minute gift shopping done as a small business owner!! However, I will refund for a store credit!
- Please, ORDER SOONER THAN LATER, us small businesses are not Amazon and do not always have inventory on hand to make and ship all the things!
If there are any questions, PLEASE email me!! If you decide you want to do overnight OR 2-day shipping, you will be responsible for the cost in shipping difference.
