Shipping Policy

Please note - Once your package leaves my shop and is in the hands of a shipping carrier it's no longer my responsibility. Therefore Pearls by AK is not responsible for lost or damaged items/packages. Insurance can be purchased for packages upon request.

ALL ORDERS ARE MADE TO ORDER SO PLEASE ALLOW 6 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER.

Refund/Return Policy

Items have to be unworn and returned in same box/package that they were mailed in. Returns are eligible for store credits or exchanges only! Shipping for returns are the customers responsibility, as well as making sure the item returns to Pearls by AK.

Store credit/exchange will not take place until the items are back in our hands and we can inspect them. We must receive items within 7 days of the day that they were delivered or credits/exchanges are not able to occur.

ORDERS WILL NOT BE CANCELLED IF STILL WITHIN TURNAROUND TIME.
