Refund/Return Policy

Items have to be unworn and returned in same box/package that they were mailed in. Returns are eligible for store credits or exchanges only! Shipping for returns are the customers responsibility, as well as making sure the item returns to Pearls by AK.

If you are exchanging a piece; you will be sent a return label and be charged a restocking fee of $5 as well as shipping for the new piece before it ships out. 

Store credit/exchange will not take place until the items are back in our hands and we can inspect them. We must receive items within 7 days of the day that they were delivered, or credits/exchanges are not able to occur.

ORDERS WILL NOT BE CANCELLED IF STILL WITHIN TURNAROUND TIME.
